About This Life Course

          Sensoria Life Courses launches its newest Life Course. This online course is called: The Eight Limbs of Yoga by Esteban Salazar. For this new course we reached out to Esteban, who is a recognized international yoga instructor from Costa Rica. 

        This online course is not any course, it’s a Sensoria digital experience, where we combined the exuberance of the Costa Rican rainforest with yoga in one place, in the Land of Senses.  This unique learning experience will be  a journey through  every step of the limbs, on how you can apply it to your life.

What are these limbs?

One of the three pillars we impulse in #sensorialife is wellness, we believe that this aspect of life is fundamental for your day to day. Yoga is an excellent way to promote your well being through physical exercise and concentration.

But there is something about yoga many don't know, this practice is more than a physical exercise. There is a whole philosophy behind which is called The 8 limbs of Yoga, it is a 8 step process that a Sage called Pantajali wrote in a book called “The sutras of Yoga”. The idea is to reach the goal of yoga which is Smadhi, a sutra about creating balance and equanimity to live in peace, good health, and harmony with the greater whole.

About Esteban Salazar

International and high qualified yoga teacher. Esteban has two passions: surfing and yoga. His passions made him take a turn in his life and dedicate his life fully to yoga, these two passions make him connect with the elements of life. His classes are like riding a wave, entering into this lovely flow of creativity and expression from the heart.

Esteban Salazar is one of the creators of Krama Yoga, which is a style of Hatha Yoga (physical practice), without losing any philosophical aspect and devotion in all hearts. This method honors the sequential order in things, the reason why his classes follow a synchrony between biomechanics, wisdom and experience, giving an optimal flow of Prana (vital energy and inner fluids).

With his 22 years of practicing, and 18 years of teaching, you can experience in his classes, workshops, and certifications a perfect mix between a strong demanding practice, receiving inner harmony and a wide range of knowledge. Feel comfortable to attend any class or event by Esteban, receiving very clear instructions, for beginners and nice variations for very advanced students.
